Sayeda Mahler serves as the Senior Manager of Community Outreach at Southwest Airlines. She invests in and nurtures different relationships across the country with business, civic, and community purposes. She is passionate about her work and is a results-producing leader for her team and others who aspire to go down a similar path. Her excellent relationship building has undoubtedly earned the company positive growth. 

Mahler’s previous jobs involved work in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors such as Mary Kay Inc., Dean Foods, and the North Texas Food Bank. She also holds a degree from Texas A&M University.

  • It’s okay to ask questions and speak up – it will help build self-confidence and gain visibility 
  • Timing is everything – be patient – continue delivering results with excellence and you will reap the benefits and recognition for your work
