What Do I still want to Accomplish?

I would like to develop and build affordable homes. My goal is to be the Elon Musk of New Home Building.

What are the biggest lessons I am taking with me out of the pandemic?

My biggest lesson I learned from the pandemic was taking time to be still and smell the roses. At first it felt so weird to be home and isolated from so many people. But as time went on the pandemic allowed me to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life as well as appreciate them. I also learned how much money I spent on going out to eat that was a huge eye opener to learn how to cook more at home.

What is the most meaningful part of your job?

The most meaningful part of my job is giving people hope and inspiration to achieve the real estate goals. There are so many obstacles from purchasing a home to being a first-time real estate investor. I give people hope as well as inspire them to pursue their goals through real estate investing it’s so rewarding when I can see individuals acquire either their first property or several properties through the strategies I teach.

What are 3 key characteristics or habits that have led to your success?

The 3 key characteristics that have led to my success is courage, persistence, and consistency.

What advice would you give to women of color who aspire to lead and make change?

Don’t ever be afraid to do something different; always stand in your truth. My favorite quote or mantra is “Do not follow where the path may lead. Go where there is no path… and leave a trail”
